The new Taiwanese cabinet was sworn-in on February 18th, the first work day after the Chinese New Year holiday. Dr. Jiang, Yi-huah was appointed by President Ma to lead the new cabinet. Dr. Jiang used to be the vice premier of the outgoing Premier Sean Chen. He was born in 1960 and used to be a political science professor. The following is his biography.
